SKINS Compression Singapore #EXCELLENCEUNDERPRESSURE Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is promoted by Key Power Sports (“Promoter”), with its registered office at 63 Ubi Avenue 1, #06-03 (63@Ubi) Singapore 408937.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on June 4th, 2025, at 12:00 PM Singapore Standard Time (SGT) and ends on July 1st, 2025, at 11:59 PM SGT (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility: a. This Giveaway is open to individuals residing in Singapore aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway. b. Participants must have a public Instagram and/or Facebook profile to allow the Promoter to view their entries. c. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4. How to Enter: a. To enter the Giveaway, participants must, during the Giveaway Period: i. FOLLOW the official SKINS Compression Singapore Instagram account (@skinscompression.sg) and/or Facebook page ([Your Facebook Page URL if applicable]). ii. POST an original photo or video to their public Instagram feed and/or Facebook timeline showcasing themselves wearing SKINS Compression product(s) during an activity or a moment that embodies the theme "Excellence Under Pressure." iii. TAG the official SKINS Compression Singapore account (@skinscompression.sg) in both the photo/video and in the caption of their post. iv. INCLUDE the hashtag #EXCELLENCEUNDERPRESSURE in the caption of their post. b. Multiple entries per person are permitted, provided each entry is unique and features different content. c. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Content Guidelines: a. Entries must be the original work of the participant. b. Entries must visibly feature authentic SKINS Compression product(s). c. Entries must not contain material that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or that infringes on the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). d. Entries must comply with the terms of service of the platform on which they are posted (Instagram/Facebook). e. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Content Guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
6. Prize Details: a. There will be three (3) winners selected. b. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of SKINS SERIES-5 Tights. The specific model, size, and gender (Men's/Women's) will be subject to availability. The Promoter will endeavor to provide the winner's preferred size. c. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. d. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: a. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter based on the following criteria: i. Creativity and originality of the entry (40%) ii. Relevance to the #EXCELLENCEUNDERPRESSURE theme and brand image (30%) iii. Quality of the photo/video and visibility of SKINS product (30%) b. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final. c. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they used to enter (Instagram or Facebook) within seven (7) working days after the end of the Giveaway Period. d. Winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize and provide their full name, contact number, and delivery address in Singapore. e. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, they will forfeit their prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. Prize Claim and Delivery: a. Prizes will be delivered to the Singapore address provided by the winner within thirty (30) days of the winner confirming their details, unless otherwise notified. b. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner, or for any prizes that are lost, stolen, or damaged during or after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage Rights: a. By submitting an entry, participants warrant that they are the sole owner of the content and have the right to grant the Promoter a license to use it. b. Participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display their submitted content (photo/video and caption), in whole or in part, on any of the Promoter's social media platforms, websites, and in any of its marketing and promotional materials, without further compensation or notice, but with appropriate credit given to the participant where feasible.
10. Personal Data: a. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent, other than for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and fulfilling the prizes. b. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the Promoter processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, including contacting winners and arranging prize delivery. Winners' names and/or social media handles may be published by the Promoter.
11. Limitation of Liability: a. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Giveaway or as a result of accepting any prize. c. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical fault, malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failures of any kind.
12. Platform Disclaimer: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook.
13. General Conditions: a. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be posted on the Promoter's social media channels or website. b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. c. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
